I wanted Tim to apply pressure to my head by putting his hands around my head and squeezing! He kept worrying that he would crush my head and I just told him, "he wishes"- "now squeeze".
What an amazing story. What a special story. I love my story of how my son came into this world.
And now he is turning two. What a great two years it has been. He has taught me so much about myself, as a person, as a mom, and as a wife. I know more of my weaknesses and strengths. He has given me so much joy, even in cleaning up messes and folding laundry. He is such a blessing.
So, we celebrated today with friends, food, cake and presents!
Here is Drew reading a card. He almost makes me believe he can actually read sometimes.
Here he is tasting the cake. Well, actually he is eating a pig cupcake. Not sure he likes the actual cake part but he did eat all the frosting.
I spent a good portion of Friday trying to make a cake special enough for my special boy...
Here is stage 1.
