So, it has been over 3 months since our little baby girl was born...and it seems like longer since I wrote on our blog.

In an attempt to catch up, I am going to try to go through my photos and blog away!

Here is our little girl, still in the womb! She is so pretty. I was very blessed to get 3-D ultrasounds. Considering my age, my history,and  my gestational diabetes I was considered high risk.
This allowed me to see doctors 2x a week. I had regular check ups, stress tests, and ultrasounds.


I remember seeing this ultra sound and thinking I can't wait to meet her! I can't wait to hold her! I can't wait to be able to see my feet again! :)

 and then she was born! Our little stinker came 3 1/2 weeks early! Although, my dr's were planning on getting her a week early, so technically I met her 2 1/2 weeks early!

Sunday, December 22, at around 11:00 p.m. my water broke!
I was not ready. I had a plan. I was going to finish getting ready for Christmas and then I took 2 weeks off to spend with Drew. All my plans...gone with a pop!

And as usual I shouldn't have been surprised! God always has a plan.

In a matter of minutes, I realized, as I got new pants on because my others were soaked...that there was no undoing this. I was having this baby within 24 hours!

I tried to put a bag together of things I thought I would need...because you know I was planning on doing that after Christmas too!

And off we went! BTW, our dear friends, the Hummels stayed over and watched Drew.


Our dear little Ally was born on the 23rd of December at 9:08 a.m.

And unlike her brother, she didn't have a head full of hair!

But she does have a beautiful face!
